We do not share, rent, sell or trade any personal information to any outside organizations. Any information given to thugmart.com is used only for the purpose for which you supply it to us.

We do not send any unsolicited email advertisements or "spam". You will not see any annoying pop-up windows on our site or be forced to participate in a window that you have not chosen.

We do place cookies in your browser, only for the function of our online shopping cart. You do not need to accept cookies to view our store, but you do need to accept them to order products.

If you charge your order, our charge will appear on your credit card bill with the company name Pitbull Productions, Inc. (PPI). We may contact the holder of a credit card used on an order at the billing address or telephone numbers supplied, or those supplied at the credit card holders bank, to verify the legitimacy of an order if we deem necessary and will be as discreet as possible, saying PPI is calling regarding an order. We do not do telephone solicitations, nor do we share or sell telephone numbers. We will always try to contact you via email regarding any questions or problems with your order first.

We keep records of orders which include payment information and addresses, to permit resolution of disputes and questions, and to provide accounting records. These records are not shared with any outside parties and kept confidential, except when required by law or authorized by the customer whose records they are to resolve credit card or billing disputes. All paperwork containing customer information is destroyed before being disposed of.

We do give necessary customer information to parties involved with completing your order in the normal course of business. For instance, in order to ship via FEDEX, we have to give them your address. Also, we have to give the credit card processing company your credit card number to charge your credit card. We do not give these vendors any more information than is needed to complete the order at hand.

Note that any country outside the United States are authorized, and sometimes do inspect contents. We cannot accept responsibility for any orders confiscated or seized by foreign governments, and all import duties, tariffs and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
